1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or the Bully Rewards app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of Website

This website is intended for informational and trade enquiry purposes. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy content from this site without prior written consent
  • Misrepresent your identity or trade role when submitting enquiry forms

3. Product Information & Pricing

The MRP (Maximum Retail Price) figures shown on this website are indicative and inclusive of GST. Actual dealer pricing may vary. Bully Hardware reserves the right to change product specifications, availability, and pricing without prior notice. Product images, diagrams, and specifications are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Enquiry Forms

By submitting an enquiry through our contact form, you consent to being contacted by Bully Hardware or our authorised dealer network in your area. We will use the information you provide solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and connecting you with the appropriate trade partner.

5. Bully Rewards Loyalty Programme

Participation in the Bully Rewards loyalty programme is subject to the following conditions:

  • The programme is available to registered trade professionals (contractors, carpenters, dealers) in India.
  • Points are earned on verified purchases made through authorised Bully Hardware dealers.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined between accounts.
  • Bully Hardware reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards programme at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the programme will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points.
  • Redeemed points cannot be reinstated once used.

6. Warranty

All Bully Hardware products carry a 7-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by exposure to corrosive chemicals, excessive moisture (beyond product specification), or mechanical abuse
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorised persons

Warranty claims must be raised through our authorised dealer network or directly via our contact page. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, SVG diagrams, logos, and branding — is the property of Bully Hardware or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bully Hardware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, the app, or our products.
